  • Opening or maintaining bank accounts
  • Gaining approval with major financial institutions
  • Advancing personal or business financial objectives

Services are provided through enrollment and onboarding and are performed pursuant to a written service agreement.

What’s Included

  • Enrollment into the Limitless Early Warning & Check Systems Assistance™ service
  • Review of ChexSystems and Early Warning Services reports to identify potential inaccuracies or compliance concerns
  • Preparation and submission of an initial structured dispute cycle
  • Up to three (3) additional dispute cycles, as appropriate, based on reporting responses
  • Dispute activity paced according to consumer reporting agency response timelines

All actions are performed only after onboarding requirements are completed and required authorizations are received.

Scope of Service

This service is limited strictly to:

  • ChexSystems
  • Early Warning Services (EWS)

It does not include dispute activity with Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion.

Requirements

  • Clients must request their own ChexSystems and/or Early Warning Services consumer reports and upload them to the client portal once received.
  • Active report access or monitoring for ChexSystems and/or Early Warning Services is required throughout the service period to allow review and progress tracking.
  • Complete and accurate intake information must be submitted before services begin.

You will receive downloadable instructions to obtain the reports required for this service.
